Rebekah recieves all her mail through the pouch system. (Which basically means you send it to Salt Lake and they send it to the mission.) It is safer and more efficient that way. She would love to hear from you! You can only send a 1 page letter, folded in thirds and closed with 1 piece of tape. (No Envelope) Stamp and address the letter as you would an envelope and send it to:

First Letter From Rebekah

Hello Family!

Come esta?

The MTC has been great so far. I love my campanion! We are going to get along very well.

So I have some news for you....I believe I'm leaving for the Guatemala MTC on the 13th of April. There is some confusion. In my district there are four new Hermanas. We are all going to Quetzaltenango. The paperwork for one sister says she leaves in May. All of my companion's paperwork says she leaves on April 13th. Most of mine says I do. There is only one photo directory for the Branch President's wife (Sister Shumway from the Edgemont South Stake) what says I leave in May. So I'm expecting April, but we'll see.

I have mixed emotions about that. I want to go to the MTC in Guatemala, but I was looking forward to nine weeks here. Three weeks is going to be barely enough to feel at home, and then I'll leave again. But it will be a blessing, I'm sure.

I wish I had the time to write more and a little more personal of a message. We still have to un-pack, study, journal, have an orientation, brush teeth and change etc and be asleep within an hour and a half.

I love you all lots and apprecaite the prayers. I really can feel each pray and they seem to be coming at perfect moments.
