To Write Rebekah

Rebekah recieves all her mail through the pouch system. (Which basically means you send it to Salt Lake and they send it to the mission.) It is safer and more efficient that way. She would love to hear from you! You can only send a 1 page letter, folded in thirds and closed with 1 piece of tape. (No Envelope) Stamp and address the letter as you would an envelope and send it to:

Sister Rebekah Pauliene Finch
Guatamela Quetzaltenango Mission
POB 30150
Salt Lake City, UT 84130-0150

If you want to send something directly to the Mission Office, they can get it to her. (Cards, packages)

From Elder Finch Feb 16

First bit of news Transfers are tomorrow, and I am going to a new area. I don't know where yet. Elder Urry is staying and training again. He is still the Zone Leader. Elder Poll the other Zone Leader is leaving with me. Elder Hanson is staying. I am excited to see where my new area is going to be. It could be very close, or very far. The mission just started renting another apartment right next to were we live. Elder Hanson helped them move Furniture in while our companions were in Columba. We have no idea who is moving in there. It would be funny if I did. It would then be a three hour drive to move to somewhere I could walk to in one minute.
Sonya was not able to come to church again. She was in the Hospital again with food poisoning, ironically enough from shrimp. Shrimp has given me a lot of trouble on my mission. Sonya has been taught everything now, and knows about as much stuff about the church as the average member. She is a slow reader but is already really far in the Book of Mormon.
We have not seen Renee in a little over a week. I won't get to say goodbye to him. I said goodbye to his soon-to-be wife.
Last week I went on an exchange to Anderson. While I was their, I taught an Hispanic guy that Elder Bair (the missionary I was with for the exchange) and his Companion were trying to teach. I taught him the Plan of Salvation. I made it through the whole lesson by my self without much of a struggle. Of course not completely by my self. I had the help of the Holy Ghost. Elder Bair said he was surprised at how much Spanish it looked like I knew for only being out for a little while.
I still weigh right around 130lb. I'm doing a little over 100 pushups a day right now. A couple days ago, I hurt my left arm. I don't know how. It feels like how it felt when I popped it out of it's socket while wrestling in Grass lake. I wonder if it is a related injury. It's been hurting since Friday.
I did get the package from the ward. I thought it was cool.
I liked all the pictures I got in your package. Lisa is really good at painting.
I have noticed an interesting pattern with a lot of people I have taught. A lot of times we will start teaching someone who doesn’t have a job. When they start living the Gospel, they get a job. Then they either continue to live the gospel and get Baptized, like Gabriel and start getting a lot of other blessing too, or they get prideful, and don't seem to realize that these blessings are from the Lord. In every case were someone needed a job, and started fallowing the Gospel, got a job.
