Rebekah recieves all her mail through the pouch system. (Which basically means you send it to Salt Lake and they send it to the mission.) It is safer and more efficient that way. She would love to hear from you! You can only send a 1 page letter, folded in thirds and closed with 1 piece of tape. (No Envelope) Stamp and address the letter as you would an envelope and send it to:

Pictures From Guatemala

The Volcano. I love this volcano. You can see it from almost all of the mission. Or at least from all of Xela and San Fransisco El Alto.


The Typical Christmas and New Years dinner. It's mushed potatoes with red pepper, meat, a sauce etc. You wrap it in leaves and boil it. People love them here! I don't really like them much...and we're not supposed to eat them at Christmas time because it makes us all sick...but thought you might like to see the typical meal.

It's amazing what you can do with construction papers, scissors, glue and a marker. I'm so grateful to be here on the mission, and among the many things I am learning is how to simplify.
