Rebekah recieves all her mail through the pouch system. (Which basically means you send it to Salt Lake and they send it to the mission.) It is safer and more efficient that way. She would love to hear from you! You can only send a 1 page letter, folded in thirds and closed with 1 piece of tape. (No Envelope) Stamp and address the letter as you would an envelope and send it to:

Sister Rebekah Pauliene Finch

If you want to send something directly to the Mission Office, they can get it to her. (Cards, packages)

Common Ground (The Soccer Feild)

I made whole wheat bread in the oven this morning. It was really good, and reminded me of home. My companion liked it, but I think he wishes it was white. I started it in the bread maker, then put it in one of my pans. Maybe he would like ½ white ½ wheat more. Today should be fun, We are going to play soccer with the Lopez family, and have FHE with them. We can't decide if soccer is going to be part of FHE or not. We will be playing with six other missionaries, and some people from church. I have enough FHE supplies for now, I might want more in about a Month. I guess I will put them on my birthday wish list. Yesterday we had 6 people at church. The Lopez family didn't show up. I meant we had 6 investigators at church. There were about 40 people at church. It is great. We had the most people at church in our whole zone. Only two companionships had more in the mission.

Last week was kind of different. Elder Gooch was in a meeting for almost the whole week, and on the way back here, they got in a car crash. Everyone is okay, and the car still works. It has a big dent on the left side of the front bumper. They had to stay in Columbia an extra night because of it. So from Tuesday to Saturday morning, I was in Greer. There are Spanish elders there. Elder Vaca, and Elder Pineda. I got to do about 70% of the teaching. It was supper cool. Every lesson I taught with them, I got complements on my Spanish, and one guy asked me if I was from Puerto Rico. My last night there,my two companions got in a big argument of whether or not one of them was being too loud. At first I was on the phone with Elder Gooch, talking about him getting in a crash, then after he hung up, I just started doing all of their dishes for them. They didn't realize till I finished washing all of them, and then it hit them how pointless their argument was and stopped arguing. (insert happy face)
Elder Gooch got back from the meeting, and he learned a lot of cool stuff. He has been slowly teaching me. Starting last week, all the leaders in the mission have a four day mission every 2 months. I am lucky to be able to learn so much from Elder Gooch.
Yesterday, we had 6 people at church. The Lopez family didn't show up, but hopefully next week.
Here is my birthday wish list.
FHE stuff/ stuff to give my investigators, scriptures, CTR rings, For the strength of youth
GPS (Most missionaries have them, so as long as my companion has one, I won't need one, but I don't want to be stuck without. Just a cheep one will do
Gold Toe thin whole socks.
Cool tie
Scripture mastery card, /Spanish Scripture Mastery flash cards.
If I think of more things Ill let you know.
I love you all so much.
Bye love you. Out of time, Elder Finch
