I love you mom. My companionship is going good. My companion seems a little sad lately, and doesn’t want to work as much as he use to, but hopefully I can help him feel better, and get a desire to work again.
I am so excited to hear about Sarah's Baptism. That was probably my favorite part of the week. This last week was a slow and kind of hard week, but that is ok. Trials make us stronger. I had a pretty bad migraine last week. I ran out of the Magnesium/ calcium pills Mom and Dad gave me, and so I got a migraine. They seem to make a huge difference. When I was taking the pills sometimes I would notice the pre warnings of a headache, like blurred vision, but it would feel as if something was stopping the Migraine from coming on. Anyway, last week my migraine got to the point were I couldn't really walk, so we went back to the apartment for pretty much all of Tuesday. Anyway, I found a gospel application to this experience. Taking the supplements is kind of like reading the scriptures, going to church, and praying. As long as we are doing these things, we are able to stay happy and keep progressing Spiritually. Sometimes we might run into the pre warning of slipping, and having a really hard time, such as having a bad day at school, or other hard stuff like that, and it my sadden us a little, just like I would get blurred vision, but it is as if something is stopping us from getting really sad a depressed. But if we stop doing these things, we will get upset a lot easier, and have a lot of worse days, and we may even stop, or go backwards in our spiritual progression.
I feel that this week will be a lot better. I am going to by some more vitamin pills today, and start taking them again. We didn't have anyone at church yesterday. Liliana got called in to work, so she wasn't able to go.
My workouts in the morning have been going really well. I want to run more in the morning, but so far only one other person in my apartment decided to go running with me, at that just happened once. I’m doing 160 pushups, and 160 hard sit-ups every morning. I’m going to start doing pull-up, and using ab straps to now.
I love you all very much. I am so happy about Sarah's baptism
