Rebekah recieves all her mail through the pouch system. (Which basically means you send it to Salt Lake and they send it to the mission.) It is safer and more efficient that way. She would love to hear from you! You can only send a 1 page letter, folded in thirds and closed with 1 piece of tape. (No Envelope) Stamp and address the letter as you would an envelope and send it to:

Angel and CTR Rings (Nov 22)

This week has been great!
We have a baptism date for the 4th of December. It's for Angel.
We are not having many baptisms here, but we are having incredible success with the Recent Converts and Less Actives. The assitance has increased by 25% since we've gotten here. I am loving this area. Also, we are starting a new progam with the ward members that I have faith will bring us many quality references in about 6 weeks. I'm exicted for it. I love this ward and the members here.
It's been a lot of fun giving away the CTR rings you sent me in the Granola Package. I wish you could see the children's faces when they see what we have for them. Some of the scream for joy, one has cried, and they all wear them all of the time. They look so amazing on their little brown hands. The little primary children love the rings so much! They can't get them here, but they've all seen them in the Friend magazine. When I'm at a computer that can send photos, I'll send you pictures of the children we've given them to and tell you a little about them. The rings have also been doing wonders with the parents. I am really excited to get the package with all the church supplies in it. Oh boy! That's going to be SO wonderful!!!
Sorry, I don't have much time to write today. We are using e-mail early because we are going to play basketball and soccer today! I am SO excited! This will be the first P-day that we've gotten to do something like that. I am really really looking forward to running around and just having fun with the other sister missionaries.
I am enjoying my mission so much. The other day I read a quote I liked: "You can't be happy if you don't want to do the things that lead to happiness, even if you do those very things." I think it's true, we can't be happy if we're doing the right things, but only half hearted. We can't have a testimony if we don't want to do the things that bring a testimony, even if we do them. We can't get good grades if we don't want to study and do our homework, even if we study and do our homework. We can't bea good runner if we don't want to run, even if we run. I want to be here. I love being here. I feel so blessed to be here. There really is no other place I'd rather be and no other thing I'd rather be doing.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I love you all!!
-Rebekah
