To Write Rebekah

Rebekah recieves all her mail through the pouch system. (Which basically means you send it to Salt Lake and they send it to the mission.) It is safer and more efficient that way. She would love to hear from you! You can only send a 1 page letter, folded in thirds and closed with 1 piece of tape. (No Envelope) Stamp and address the letter as you would an envelope and send it to:

Sister Rebekah Pauliene Finch
Guatamela Quetzaltenango Mission
POB 30150
Salt Lake City, UT 84130-0150

If you want to send something directly to the Mission Office, they can get it to her. (Cards, packages)

Soledad (Nov. 15)

Just to let you know I am really happy, and had a very very great week. My Companion and I have a little trouble getting along. Both of the English Elders I share an apartment with are in my top 5 of favorite missionary’s in this mission, so they are making stuff very bearable, also the work is picking up, so It makes it easy to look pass the hard stuff. Other than my companion’s lying, pride and being a little bit of an hypocrite, he is a very good missionary. He teaches very well, and Hispanics are quicker to open their door to him than other missionaries because he is Hispanic too.
I had a great week last week. Yesterday we had two investigators at Church. One was Soledad. She has been twice now. She still needs to get Married to her Boyfriend she is living with. Other than that she is all ready to get Baptized. Her husband doesn’t really want to get married till after they go back to Mexico. We are going to try to teach him more, so he will understand why he needs to get married and Baptized.
The other Investigator we had at church was Christina. She is a lady that is living with a less active Hispanic part member family. We have been working with that family for a while now. All the members in the family, and Christina came to church. The Grandma is a non-Member; she agreed to be baptized on the 4th of December. Hopefully she'll come to Church next week.
We also have 4 Other Investigators that have agreed to be Baptized. Three on the 4th and 1 on the 11th. I'll talk more about them later.
Lately we've been finding a lot of Guatemalans. I think it's because Rebekah gave me some stuff from Guatemala. It is fun to have them teach you a little bit of their dialect. We are teaching some people that speak cheu, and one that speaks mum.
Thank you for all the Emails, packages, prayers, and love you all have given me.
Elder Finch.
